Since 1984 we've been making chocolate confections of the highest quality, serving US Presidents, royalty, Grammy-award winning artists and people everywhere who appreciate fine foods and great confections. In the early nineties our then eleven-year old daughter Estee created "Ebird's Perfect Peppermint Chocolate Cookies", which we introduced to the Specialty Coffee trade in America. Eventually we sold more than 72 million Ebird's, including 2 million which were served to passengers on Alaska Airlines 70th anniversary flights. These dark chocolate covered cookies with a thin layer of pepperminted white chocolate inside continue to be our best selling cookie of all time.  When we revealed our giant caramel apple called "The
Unbelievable Apple", a competition between marketers and makers
began all over America. We had revolutionized how the caramel
apple was made, making it without a stick so adults could slice
it and enjoy. With fans ranging from Rosie O'Donnell to Chuck Williams (Williams-Sonoma founder) and literally, hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide, our giant caramel apple has become tradition that must be carried on. We get to hear some of the best apple stories - please tell us yours! We use the best ingredients to make our fresh confections daily, and our business is based entirely on delighting our customers.
