Come join us inside our chocolate factory to experience a hands-on chocolate workshop where you’ll make your very own delicious American and French chocolates with acclaimed Chocolatier Rachel Dunn!
Using noble fresh ingredients and premium chocolate couvertures, you’ll create much-loved American classics and traditional European confections as Rachel guides you through the intricacies of dipping and decorating each confection with her decades of experience and passion for the art of chocolate. Your eyes, hands and sense of smell will be fully engaged while you dip and decorate a generous and delicious assortment of confections to take home.

Rachel Dunn is a renowned Chocolatier heralded by great food authorities such as Williams-Sonoma and The Food Network. In her 30 year career, Rachel’s confections have been praised in numerous publications, from the San Francisco Chronicle and Diablo Magazine to the Philadelphia Inquirer and Fancy Food Magazine, and on numerous television shows from Oprah, QVC and The Rosie O’Donnell Show(s) to the iconic Central Perk set of ‘Friends’.
Young teens under the age of 18 are welcome to attend, but must be accompanied by an adult taking the class.

Our chocolate workshops last 1 1/2 - 2 hours, and are conducted inside the chocolate factory at 1021 Detroit Avenue in Concord, California (1/2 mile down Detroit Avenue from Monument Blvd., just past Costco.).
Reservations are required; subject to availability. Workshop tuition is per-person.
Because we plan for and prepare individual ingredients for each participant in our workshops, each space is carefully accounted for. If you cannot participate in the class you registered for, please advise us within 14 days of the class to receive a full credit towards a future class.
