  • 58% Dark Chocolate Tanzania. Tasting Notes: Begins with a soft note of corn silk, then a beautiful brightness throughout with pronounced pineapple notes and hints of lemon,ends on a lovely chocolate note.
  • 58% Dominican Republic. Tasting notes: Lasting soft chocolate beginning, then black licorice notes, hints of fruit, and deep, rich chocolate finish.
  • 58% Dark Chocolate Venezuela. Tasting Notes: Velvety smooth tender bite, soft bread and butter notes, luxury Rolls Royce of chocolate, elegant.
  • 70% Dark Chocolate Ecuador. Tasting Notes: Notes of bread, subtle yeast, hint of dry grass and pronounced cinnamon on a very broad shouldered chocolate finish.
  • 70% Dark Chocolate Dominican Republic. Tasting Notes: Lasting bold chocolate beginning, then black licorice notes, notes of fruit, and deep, rich chocolate finish.
  • 74% Dark Chocolate Dominican Republic. Tasting Notes: Home made bread and butter with elderberry jam evolving into red wine, impressive rich chocolate fudge brownie finish
