Return Policy

At Rachel Dunn Chocolates, we use the best ingredients to make our fresh confections daily, and our business is based entirely on delighting our customers. If, within 2 weeks of receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, please return the item for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value.

  • An original receipt or shipping address tag is required for all returns of non-defective items. Returns of non-defective items must be made within 2 weeks of the original purchase date.

  • Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.

  • Returns with a shipping address tag will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the original gift order.

  • Defective products may be returned at any time within their expiration date for a replacement, merchandise credit, or refund of original tender.

  • We cannot accept returns of personalized merchandise, or special-order items except when due to defect.

Return Policy: How to Return an Item

Defective items purchased in the retail store may be returned to our retail store in Concord, CA or through the mail. Defective items purchased online or through our catalog can be sent back to us, or in some cases, can be identified through pictures, together with the shipping label or enclosed gift card.

To send an item back, complete the Return Form that accompanied your order. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken: replacement or merchandise credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep it for your records.

Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to us at the following address, where your return will be processed according to your instructions:

Our privacy policy is simple. We value you as a customer. As such, we would never sell, rent, or otherwise proivide your information to any 3rd party. We don't retain your credit card information on this site. Of course, we do respect and abide by any local, state or federal regulations and would comply with the terms and conditions of any valid court order.
